The crown prince of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum took some time for the little things at Serendipity 3 on the Upper East Side Saturday night, chowing down on the Golden Opulence Sundae. But this dessert is more than just a name; it clocks in at an impressive $1,000 and features edible gold, Tahitian vanilla ice cream, and it's served in a $300 Baccarat goblet. The prince ate the royal dessert accompanied by eight bodyguards and women "all in black." Sources said the prince paid cash and left a generous tip, exclaiming, "I would have ordered one for each person if I knew I got to keep the glass!"
