Kutsher's Deli is a new Jewish-American bistro on Franklin Street. Owned and opened by Jeffrey Chodorow, it was opened to the public for the first time, a few days ago. The welcoming 140-seat restaurant is serving old Jewish classics with modern twists. Dishes like matzoh ball soup, potato latkes topped with caviar, and schmaltz-rubbed bone-in-rib eye steak are just a few favorites on the expansive menu. Kutshers Deli serves dinner seven nights a week and will soon launch a lunch and brunch menu. Kushers Del: 186 Franklin St., bet. Hudson and Greenwhich
